Santa Barbara Rentals By Owner allows visitors to the area to find great privately owned homes for Santa Barbara getaway. Visitors can get very detailed descriptions of the home or condo. And our properties are not "rental properties" - they're privately owned homes and condos whose owners elect to allow guests to stay in their homes when they're not staying there themselves.
We work directly with second home owners, and large property management companies as well as resort companies and boutique property management companies to give our guests the largest selection of homes in each of our destinations.

By providing detailed photographs of each room, views, features and amenities - guests get a very good understanding of where they'll be staying. We believe in "No Surprises". We photograph every home and ensure that the home is actually owned by the home owner and is as represented (or we’ve partnered with licensed property managers to ensure the same).
